Order Time Frame
Please allow 4-5 business days for order processing, shipping and delivery of your order. Once our operations are comparable to Amazon, we will improve on delivery times. Until then, we ask for your patience. Anticipation is a large part of the total satisfaction and excitement that comes with owning a Mashidaho product!
Shipping
All products are shipped via USPS First Class, which is a 3-4 day service. In some cases, Priority Mail may be used which is a 2-3 day service.
Shipping fee is $2.00 per order.
Returns and Refunds
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, please send a request to support@mashidaho.com
Once your request has been approved, we will send a return shipping label. Please return the product in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed. You will not be charged an additional shipping fee for an approved return.
If you are dissatisfied with the product received, please make a return/refund request using the same email address above. We only ask that you provide details explaining your dissatisfaction, as we will use your feedback to improve our product and process as needed.
